CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please respect my time and other clients by giving at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule without a cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• No-call/no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged, and future appointments may require full payment upfront.
• If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the schedule.
• Cancellation fees must be paid before booking another appointment.
